The eVLMIS (electronic Vaccine Logistics Management Information System) is a digital platform designed to manage the vaccine supply chain end-to-end, from national stores to regional warehouses and service delivery points, ensuring vaccines are available when and where they are needed. HISP Rwanda plays a key role in the design, customization, and implementation of eVLMIS solutions, supporting ministries of health and immunization programs to transition from fragmented or paper-based systems to reliable, real-time digital tools. Through system configuration, integration with DHIS2 and other health information systems, dashboard development, and capacity building, HISP Rwanda helps countries prevent stock-outs and over-stocks, monitor vaccine expiry, ensure cold-chain compliance, and use real-time data for immunization planning and decision-making. By strengthening data visibility and accountability across the vaccine supply chain, HISP Rwanda contributes to more resilient and efficient immunization programs
