Health Partner Management Platform (HPMP) – HISP Rwanda

The HPMP is a digital system developed by HISP Rwanda to streamline the management of partnerships in the health sector. It supports the full lifecycle of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with health partners, including:

1. MoU Application
   • Enables partners to submit MoU requests digitally.
   • Captures key information such as objectives, scope, and stakeholders.
2. MoU Approval
   • Facilitates review and endorsement by the relevant authorities.
   • Tracks approval workflows and ensures compliance with organizational policies.
3. MoU Management
   • Monitors active MoUs, responsibilities, and timelines.
   • Provides a centralized repository for all agreements and related documents.
4. Progress Reporting
   • Generates updates on milestones and deliverables.
   • Supports monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making for ongoing partnerships.

Impact:
HPMP enhances efficiency, accountability, and transparency in partner management, enabling Rwanda’s health sector to better coordinate collaboration and achieve strategic outcomes.
