HISP Ltd is pleased to announce the national rollout of eVLMIS Version 2 (Electronic Vaccine Logistics Management Information System), a next-generation digital platform designed to strengthen and optimize vaccine supply chain management across Rwanda.
Implemented at national scale, eVLMIS V2 provides end-to-end visibility, real-time monitoring, and data-driven decision support from central warehouses to health facilities. The system improves efficiency, reduces stock-outs, and enhances planning—ensuring vaccines are available when and where they are needed most.
Key enhancements introduced with eVLMIS V2 include end-to-end supply chain automation, warehouse barcode scanner integration for real-time batch tracking, advanced analytics and dashboards for actionable insights, and seamless integration with Rwanda’s national health information systems, including E-Tracker and DHIS2 frameworks.

Notably, eVLMIS V2 is among the first systems in Africa to integrate with UNICEF’s TRVST platform, enabling global-grade vaccine verification and reinforcing Rwanda’s leadership in digital health innovation through an interoperable, nationally owned supply chain system.
“With eVLMIS V2, Rwanda has taken a decisive step toward a fully digital, high-performance vaccine supply chain,” said a representative of HISP Rwanda. “The system equips health managers and decision-makers with timely, reliable data to improve outcomes across the immunization program.”
